Jerrabomberra Public School has a welcoming Parents and Citizens' Association (JPS P&C) with a vision to create a supportive, engaged school community that actively contributes to enriching our students' educational experience.
The objectives of the JPS P&C are:
- to promote the interests of the school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into close co-operation;
- to assist in providing facilities and equipment for the school and in promoting the recreation and welfare of the students at the school, and
- to encourage parent and community participation in cirriculum and other education issues in schools where there is no council.
The JPS P&C is mainly funded through your voluntary contributions and fundraising events. Contributions enable the school and P&C to plan together for improvements to the school, technology and teaching resources.
Meetings
The P&C would like to extend an invitation to all parents and carers to attend our meetings, which are held in the staffroom on the first Tuesday of every month, at 7pm, during the term. We love to see new faces and invite all to please come along!
